Rouhani felicitates Madagascar National Day
TEHRAN (defapress) – Iranian President Rouhani has forwarded a message of felicitation to the President of Madagascar on the occasion of the country’s Independence Day on June 26.
In his message, Iranian President Hassan Rouhani
congratulated President Hery Rajaonarimampianina and the people of Madagascar
as they celebrated the anniversary of their independence on June 26.
President Rouhani stressed strong support for mutual efforts between the two sides for further development of relations in various fields.
He also prayed for the Malagasy president’s continued health and success, as well as the nation’s felicity and prosperity.
Madagascar gained full independence from the French colonial empire on June 26, 1960.
